Mallory is a certified yoga instructor and aspiring nurse who’s dedicated to sharing yoga and its limitless potential for healing with all who seek it. Her classes are heartfelt, grounding, and intuitively sequenced. Her core belief as a yoga teacher is that the best teacher a yogi will ever have is the one within themselves. This shines through in her classes with lots of time for students to explore moving in their own way. Expect movement-inspiring music, deep focus on breath, insightful cues, a blissful savasana and lots of room for creative, expressive movement in a safe and supportive space.
